RECIPE

Mango Tango Water
By Execuitve Chef Thomas Henzi, Century Plaza Hotel and Tower

Ingredients:
1 cup Mango Juice
2 cups Water
1/4 cup Sugar
1 shot Stolichnaya Vodka

Procedure:
1. Bring mango jucie, water and sugar to a boil, reduce for 15 minutes. Strain and add 1/4 slivered lime-zest.

2. Chill overnignt and add Vodka before service.

3. Peel one mango and cut into paper thin slices, cut out center to remove mango seed, etc.
Deep Fry until golden brown.

4. Dry on a paper towel and sprinkle with granulated sugar and dust with powder sugar.

5. Accent with Mango rings and mint sprig.
